This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1malaysia platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before registering an account or making any transaction.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 1malaysia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use 1malaysia's services. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online betting platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1malaysia reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1malaysia platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of balances without compensation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Do not share your account credentials with any party. 1malaysia will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1malaysia reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of their identification card or bank statement. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 1malaysia platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to exploit the betting system.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the stipulated terms.
- Distributing harmful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, through the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1malaysia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local bank transfers, TNG, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and internal review process. Prior to the first approved withdrawal, users may be required to complete an identity verification process. 1malaysia reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while a review is in progress to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotion terms. Winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met. 1malaysia is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 1malaysia platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1malaysia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to technical failures, data loss, or betting outcomes.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is indication of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or for internal operational reasons. In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or misused bonuses may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned to the user in accordance with the applicable review process.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the 1malaysia platform are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Our platform may contain links to third-party services. 1malaysia is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform, and continued use after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
